Phoebe is a complete love bug who adores people and giving headbutts. She is a purr machine who is craving human affection. She is declawed on both front feet, so she will need to be an indoor-only cat. She has lived with cats in the past. She is also overweight and would like to find a home where she can continue on her weight-loss journey.
