About MCPAWS Thrift Store

The MCPAWS Thrift Store was opened in 2006 as a way to create sustainable income for MCPAWS Regional Animal Shelter. The Thrift Store has been a huge part of the income for the shelter as all proceeds go back to fund programs and operations at the animal shelter. When you shop at the MCPAWS Thrift Store you are supporting the animals at MCPAWS Regional Animal Shelter and helping to save more lives! Shop. Support. Save.

In addition to supporting the animal shelter, MCPAWS Thrift Store has also developed several programs to help support our community:

Cat & Kitten Adoptions: Be sure to check out our adoptable cats and kittens in our new kitten library!

Idaho Department of Labor: We will provide free outfits for people going on job interviews.

American Textile Recycling: We are keeping textiles out of the landfill.

Electronic and Metals Recycling: We are keeping electronics and large items out of the landfill.

Good Neighbor Disaster Assistance: We are helping provide supplies and necessities for people after a disaster.

Community Service Support: We are utilizing community service for projects at the thrift store and shelter.
