Meet Treble

Treble is a sweet cat who is looking for an indoor home as the only cat. Upon arriving in our care Treble tested positive for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). Symptoms of this virus may not present symptoms until years after the initial infections occurred. Although the virus is slow acting, a cat’s immune system is severely weakened once the disease takes hold. This makes the cat susceptible to various secondary infections.  Infected cats receiving supportive medical care and kept in a stress-free, indoor environment can live relatively comfortable lives for months to years before the disease reaches its chronic stages. We know there is the perfect home waiting to help this special guy out!

Trouble is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Call the shelter at 208-634-3647 for questions. Walk-ins are welcome to visit with kittens and cats.
